We will make trips outside our normal service area if we schedule in advance and if it makes sense for both of us.
Move any furniture away from windows, move any small items on windowsills or tables in front of windows away, and have a plan to keep any excited pets in a separate room while we are there. We are happy to help move large items when our crew arrives.
Have any cars in the driveway moved to the road, and move any patio furniture away from the area. We clean by hand, but when we rinse and test gutters, it may have oversprayed. We do clean up after ourselves but wouldn’t want any staining or damage to your stuff.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are straightforward. We have no problem rescheduling or canceling if we have at least a 3-day notice. For anything less than that, we charge a 30% fee or keep the deposit (larger jobs). We will do our best to find another client to take your place, but this isn’t always a possibility. The fee covers our time for rearranging our crew member’s schedules and finding work to fill in their schedule. We are flexible with helping our clients out, especially if you let us know if there are changes in your schedule.

We don’t normally offer discounts off the top, but we do bundle service packages 10%-20% off with window cleaning, gutter cleaning & jetting.
We accept payment at the completion of the job, or we can text & email you an invoice, and you can pay with CC, Cash, ApplePay, or check.
Every house, we wear washable shoe booties, so we don’t track anything from the outside to the inside. If we are using ladders inside, we will take them off at the bottom of the ladder to ascend safely, then put them back on when we come back down.
Window cleaning and gutter cleaning jobs over $ 1,500 require a $200 deposit. Holiday Lighting jobs will require a 50% deposit.
We can customize any maintenance plans to fit your needs. Window cleaning and gutter cleaning sometimes need to be done in the spring and the fall, and we can get you on the schedule after the first visit and find dates that work with your schedule.

Window cleaning: We have a minimum of $200 for exterior-only cleaning & $300 for inside and outside cleanings. For gutter cleaning, our minimum is $195 & gutter jetting minimum is $225 (first drain). Our Christmas Light minimum is $800.
