What is your cancellation/ rescheduling policy?
Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are straightforward. We have no problem rescheduling or canceling if we have at least a 3-day notice. For anything less than that, we charge a 30% fee or keep the deposit (larger jobs). We will do our best to find another client to take your place, but this isn’t always a possibility. The fee covers our time for rearranging our crew member’s schedules and finding work to fill in their schedule. We are flexible with helping our clients out, especially if you let us know if there are changes in your schedule.

Window cleaning: We have a minimum of $200 for exterior-only cleaning & $300 for inside and outside cleanings. For gutter cleaning, our minimum is $195 & gutter jetting minimum is $225 (first drain). Our Christmas Light minimum is $800.
