How much does your services cost?
The average window cleaning cost for a home 2000sf is about $350. Smaller homes will cost less, and larger homes will be more, depending on what window cleaning package you choose. Our minimum for window cleaning is $250. The gutter cleaning cost for a typical 2000sf house is around $300, which includes cleaning out debris, flushing the entire system, ensuring downspouts are clear and flowing, and hauling away the debris. Our minimum for gutter cleaning is $185. Gutter Jetting starts at $225 per drain, and each additional underground gutter ranges between $135- $185, depending on how many drains you have. Pressure washing and graffiti removal jobs start at $200 and usually have an hourly charge of about $100-$200 per hour after that. Holiday lights carry a minimum of $850 for design, installation, and take down. Please contact us if you have commercial cleaning or design that you need to be done.

All our window cleaners, gutter cleaners, pressure washers, and holiday light installers are covered with workman’s comp insurance. We do not use subcontractors on our jobs. Who is coming to do the work & how many crew members per crew?
Our professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installation teams have around 2-3 crew members, depending on how large the job is. Our crew members are fully trained employees, not 1099 contractors, and are background checked monthly through Ask the Seal. We try to have several members of our team on site for safety and to make sure your cleaning job goes efficiently and in a timely manner.
Do we need to be home?
No. A lot of our clients either leave us a key or code for the lockbox for our window cleaning crews coming for full-service interior cleaning. Some clients greet us when we arrive, then head to work or appointments and have us lock up after we are done. All our employees are background checked and are held to the highest standard for integrity and responsibility. We do our best to be in and out and get the job done quickly with the highest level of quality and care. For our gutter cleaning crews, you do not need to be there as we can access the roof from the front yard, and we do provide before and after pictures, so you don’t need to worry about the job left undone.
