When do I schedule a design consultation?
We recommend scheduling your design consultation as early as July or August. The earlier we get your order in, the more likely you will have all your products in stock. Holiday lighting is a big industry, and supply does get trickier the longer you wait.
Do you use nails to put up the lights?
In most cases we use high quality plastic clips and don’t hammer in your lights. Sometimes we use staples or ties to put wires up or to keep them tidy, but we make sure to be as minimal as possible with permanent attachments to your home.
Are the lights waterproof?
We use commercial grade products rated for snow. From wires and connectors to clips and bulbs, our Christmas lights are ready to take on the Colorado weather.
Do we take the lights down?
Our company will take the lights down. The cost of the takedown is built into the purchase price, and we can take down your lights in a timely manner after the holidays.
Where do we store the lights?
After taking your lights down, we store them in heavy duty waterproof containers and have all your information labeled for the next year.
